Choosing Clubs

Year groupWeekly offer
Nursery and FSFlourish continues on the normal designated days
Years 1 to 3One or two clubs a week. Week A: Monday and Wednesday. Week B: Tuesday and Thursday
Years 4 to 8Up to one club each day, Monday to Thursday

School squads continue each week, with safe coaching and activities for home; existing squad eligibility applies. Squad, choir and instrumental sessions count as your child’s club for that day, and within the Years 1 to 3 limit of two sessions a week.

Booking Once for the Week

There is no Flourish on the first day of distance learning. Families book that morning, while staff prepare groups and registers.
  1. Book in the morning. Between 8:00am and 11:00am on the first morning, complete one Microsoft Form per child, shared on Seesaw and Firefly, choosing the whole week’s clubs.
  2. Wait for confirmation. We check year groups, limits and spaces, then send confirmed places and meeting invitations. Submitting the Form requests a place; it does not confirm one.
  3. Join at 3:30pm on club days, using your child’s school account and the confirmed meeting.

There is no daily rebooking. If a choice is full, we will offer another suitable club, and children who missed a choice get priority next time. Each sibling needs a separate response. If plans change, contact the phase lead rather than submitting a second Form.
